A Jumma villager has been kidnapped by an armed gang belonging to Santu Larma faction of the Jana Samhati Samiti from Lebapara village in Jurachari under Rangamati district, sources has said.
He is a supporter of the UPDF.
According to sources, the armed gang raided Lebapara at 10pm on 13 December and kidnapped Sumon from his home.
He has not been traced since then. The villagers suspect that he may have been killed by the abductors.
