THE military-backed Borkha
Party terrorists abducted three innocent villagers from Dojoripara village
under Manikchari Upazila in Khagrachari district, sources said.
On 24 December, at about 3pm, a group of Borkha Party men raided the village
of Dojoripara and snatched Morotto Chakma, 27, son of Kalachand Chakma
and Shashi Kumar Chakma’s two sons Dhiman Chakma and Kanti Chakma.
Morotto Chakma is younger brother of Shruti Mohan Chakma,
a UPDF member.
However, all the three were released later after the
village elders mounted pressure on the terrorist gang.
