THE ARMY have arrested
two Jumma auto-rickshaw drivers from Kudukchari Bazar in Rangamati district.
According to sources,
Rupayan Chakma (30) son of Motilal Chakma of Hazachari Purba Para village and
Alo Bikash Chakma (32) son of Shanti Priyo Chakma from Bhuio Adam were arrested
at about 11a. m. today when they were collecting donation from members of their
CNG auto-rickshaw drivers' association for renovation of the Bhuio Adam
Buddhist temple ground.
The army took them to
Kudukchari camp and later handed them over to the police in Kotwoali Rangamati
Thana.
