THE ARMY searched the
office of the Hill Students Council, popularly known by its Bengali acronym
PCP, at college Gate area in Panchari on Sunday.
The soldiers encircled
the office at 10: a.m. before carrying out the search.
Although nothing
incriminating was found in the search, which lasted several hours, the army men
stayed there the whole day and then went back to their camp in the evening.
They took away the
locks of the office while they left.
