BIKROM
TANCHANGYA, a leader of the UPDF in Bandarban, has been wounded in a JSS
terrorist attack that also left a Bengali pedestrian injured in Balaghata,
Bandarban.
The incident took
place at 6 pm today.
Bikrom, 30, was in
Kali Mondir area, a Hindu dominated area, when the assailants came in a
motorbike and shot him multiple times before driving away. A bullet hit him
below his right knee.
A Bengali pedestrian,
Md. Nasir, has also been injured in the attack, although he night not have been
a target of the terrorists.
