THE army
arrested a local leader of the Democratic Youth Forum in Ballyachari under
Guimara Thana yesterday, DYF sources said.
A group
of army personnel from Matiranga Zone
arrested Ripon Tripura (20), General Secretary of DYF Matiranga Upazila unit
and son of Gijonto Tripura of Ballyachari Rubber Plantation No-02, from a tea
shop at Ballyachari School Para at 10:30 am on Thursday, November 05.
He was
taken to Matiranga Zone after the
arrest, for which no reason was given.
