A HIGH School student
was arrested by army yesterday as the boy was returning from Matiranga bazaar
in Khagrchari district.
Soldiers from
Matiranga zone reportedly arrested Kripol Tripura, a class eight student
of Matiranga Residential High School, when he was on his way
back home about 11 a.m. on Saturday after selling green coconuts at
Matiranga bazaar, sources said.
The army took the
15-year-old boy to Matiranga zone.
However, when his
mother went to Matiranga zone in the afternoon to inquire about the boy, the
army denied having arrested him.
