A group of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members has
taken position at Rajapara Bamagomati Lower Secondary School in Ward No. 9 of
Amtali Union No. 8 under Matiranga Upazila of Khagrachari district.
According to local sources, today, Sunday (21
December 2025), at around 10:00 a.m., a group of approximately 30–35 BGB
members arrived at the school premises from the Matiranga Barnal BGB Camp and
took up position there.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the presence of
BGB members at the school has created fears and concerns among local villagers.
