A LEADER of the Hill
Students Council, better known by its Bengali acronym PCP, and his brother were
arrested by army on Saturday in Matiranga, Khagrachari.
A group of army
personnel from Matiranga zone arrested Sajeeb Tripura (17), general secretary
of the Ballyachari branch of the PCP, at 12 soon on 13 June when he went to a
shop at Ballyachari School Para.
When his brother,
Priya Mohan Tripura (35), wanted to know why he was being arrested without a
reason, the army also took him away.
They are being held at
Matiranga zone.
