UPDF activist shot dead by Borkha Party in Ramgarh

THE military and Santu Larma-backed Borkha Party terrorists have shot dead an activist of the United People's Democratic Front (UPDF) in Ramgarh, Khagrachari.

Ranjan Chakma alias Biswas (50) was ambushed when he was on his way to a house in the village of Buddha Dhan Karbari Para of Porshuramghat under Potachara Union early in the morning today.

The Borkha terrorists had been brought in Guimara Brigade headquarters and in Matiranga zone a few days ago to unleash them on the UPDF.

The attack took place at 9 a.m. today.

Ranjan Chakma, son of late Nandia Chakma, was a resident of Hazachari village under Dulyatoli Union in Laxmichari Upazila.
